This is an absolutely beautiful beach home with 3 bedrooms and two baths that

will sleep 8 people.  It is located just outside downtown Rocky Point, on the estuary,

in a division called Playa Encanto.  The house overlooks the Sea of Cortez. 

The 12’ x 50’ saltillo-tiled porch and terrace offers lots of shade or sunshine.

It rains only 3 inches a year in Rocky Point so chances are you won't see a

dark cloud in the sky during your stay.

Just 60 miles across the border this beautiful house is ready for you to relax

and enjoy the Mexican sea and surf.  Its beachfront location offers amazing views

of the Sea of Cortez, sunsets and the never-ending blue skies.  Its location provides privacy

and tranquility.  It's wonderful for a family vacation!
