• $225 nightly with a minimum of two nights.  
  • This rate is with a limit of Six people including children.  Each additional person add $20.  Maximum of eight people.
  • Rental period starts at 4:00 pm on your arrival date and checkout time is 12:00 noon of your departure date. Checking out after 12:00 will be charged $25 per hour late check out fee. Early check-in or later check-out times must be made with prior approval.
  • Full Payment must be made 30 days before arrival date or deposit could be forfeited
  • $30.00 Cleaning Fee will be charged
• $225 deposit is required to hold your reservation.
  • The rental deposit is completely refundable if you return the keys by mail and leave the house clean and  without damage.
• No refunds.
  • However, you may apply your deposit to another date.

  •  Renter shall release owner from any injury to renter or guests of renter resulting from any cause whatsoever, except injury or damages resulting from the willful, intentional and malicious acts of owner.

• Driving directions:

  • Rocky Point is 60 miles below the US/Mexico Border at Lukeville, AZ .

  • From Phoenix go through Gila Bend and Ajo.

  • From Tucson go through Sells.

  • Continue through Rocky Point, past Las Conchas on the road to Caborca.

  • Turn right to Playa Encanto.  Follow the road to the right.

  • The house is located on Calle de los Langostinos Lote 19-Manzana 22.

• Items to bring:

  • Drinking water, insect repellent, flashlight, towels, blankets (paper plates and cups optional).

• The following rules are enforced for everyone's enjoyment at Playa Encanto (violators are subject to arrest, fine, confiscation or confinement):

  • No fireworks.

  • Driving on the dunes is not allowed.

  • Dogs must be on leash. 

  • Speed limit in Playa Encanto is 15 mph.

  • Please keep noise levels down after 10:00 pm.
